At Firths we guarantee that as a client of the firm you will receive cost-effective legal services.  We will keep a close eye on costs and disbursements and try and keep both as low as possible.  We will only incur disbursements when absolutely necessary.

We promise to involve you in important decisions concerning your matter and to communicate with you regularly and to confirm all important advice in writing.  Whilst we can’t guarantee that we will win your case we understand how important winning is to you and, let’s face it, if we don’t win we’re not going to be paid, and so we do all we can to win all our cases.  And, as a matter of fact we do win most of the time.

One thing we can guarantee is that we will do our very best not only to win but win well and give you good service along the way.  If at any time you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, as the principal of the firm, I will look into it personally and do everything in my power to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
