Another Hunter bus crash victim receives compensation.

We acted for a number of victims of the Hunter Bus Crash and have been successful in recovering substantial compensation for all of them.
Victims suffered not only physical injuries but also psychological trauma as a result of witnessing the horrific consequences of the accident and its aftermath.
In our most recent case, we were able to recover $2 million for one of the victims who had suffered predominantly psychological injuries. In addition, the insurer paid all the legal costs so that no amount was deducted from the client’s $2 million for legal costs.
This demonstrates once again that these cases need not necessarily drag on and on if they are handled proactively by the solicitor.
It also shows that legal costs should not be an issue if the case is properly handled.
