I cannot thank you all enough for the way in which you assisted me, communicated with me and guided me.
I can totally see why people wrote such outstanding reviews about the professionalism of Firths when I read them online last year. I was very apprehensive and worried before the process, but once things rolled along I felt in such good hands with such a reputable company.
