Matter Type: Multiple Workers' Compensation and TPD Claims
I have been a client of Firths for around 10 years they have successfully defended me in the Workers Compensation Commission on about 4 occasions and are about to for the 5th time. They also assisted with an insurance claim for my superannuation The communication this time has not been wonderful and I am hoping it will improve. James Kostepas is an honest and genuine Solicitor. There have been no false promises or fairy tales about my potential success to win me over. His has excellent ethics and integrity. Karl was also great from the Insurance team.
