Our Client Spared Legal Fees in a Lightning-Fast $250k Motor Vehicle Accident Settlement

Just when I thought our record of quick settlements could not be improved, we recently achieved another lightning-fast result for one of our clients who was injured in a motor vehicle accident on 18 August 2020. He came to see us on 26 October 2022 and his case was settled on 15 June 2023 for $225,000 plus costs of $25,000 making a total of $250,000. His cheque was received on 23 June 2023 and was in his account on 26 June 2023.
As in many other cases lately, our charges in that case were limited to the $25,000 paid by the insurance company which meant that our client received all of the settlement proceeds and no amount was deducted from his settlement for legal costs.
