Many people forget that such information can be accessed by Employers, the media and also increasingly by insurers.
In fact it’s becoming more and more common to find people’s own statements on social media being used against them in court cases. Therefore we strongly suggest that for the duration of your legal proceedings you seriously consider ceasing all use of social media. If you do use it be very careful what you say because it can be used against you.
