You would be surprised how often we are asked this question and the answer is always the same; YES! But, having said that, it will also affect your case if you are able to work but do nothing about trying to find a job.
Basically when it comes to court cases everything affects everything. Both things that you do and things that you don’t do.
Personally I think the best advice is for you just to get on with your life and do what you think is best for you and leave us to worry about the implications for the court case.
